Clubhouse was nice with friendly staff. The man at the cart area was rude and disrespectful for no reason, to my whole group. It was probably bad enough to keep me from going back

As far as municipal golf courses go, Kellogg is a fine track. While not a destination course that I'd drive a great distance to play, I definitely recommend it if you're in the area. The 18 hole and executive 9 course options offer something for players of every skill level. This is an easily walkable course. Riding carts were in OK shape, and very basic. No GPS, no windshields, no rain canopy for clubs. Pace of play was good, but we had light traffic the day we played so I am not in a position to judge pace on weekends or crowded days. I often judge courses by the conditions of par 3 tee boxes, sand traps and greens. All were well maintained by the staff. The 18 hole course, while relatively flat, sports plenty of water, sand and tree hazards to challenge you. And with dog-leg and varying lengths of holes in the course design, you'll likely use all the clubs in your bag. Pricing is reasonable for weekday play, as are costs for food and drink. Snack bar was closed, but cold sandwiches, snacks and multiple beer/soda/water options for drinks are available. Kellogg Golf Course is a beautiful course that you can easily walk or enjoy driving a cart. They have an executive 9 hole and an 18 hole course. There's water, trees,woods, sand traps and small hills. It's challenging enough to keep my husband playing it often. You can join a league to play in if you'd like. It is one of Peoria's courses that you could buy a season pass for and golf everyday. Great for singles, couples, friends, and family fun. Enjoy! ⛳️

Greens were in decent shape. Rough was rough. Fairways were really dry. The bentgrass was definitely not fluffy like it can be when it's not dried out. But the course was in overall good shape. First time playing here, so I can't say if it is normal condition or what.

I have played three rounds of golf at Kellogg since moving to the area last June. Every single trip I have experienced rude, disrespectful, and borderline aggressive conduct directed at myself and my group from the staff. Having played competitive golf for 20+ years, I can say my three worst golfing experiences of all time come from Kellogg in Peoria, IL. I will refrain from giving them my business in the future, and I will be reaching out to their management/ownership to further voice my complaints. Please, choose any other golf course to enjoy an afternoon with family and friends. I would not recommend this course to anyone, and would rate 0 stars if that was a possibility…
